MoreThere are a growing number of publishers offering books ranging from academic and scholarly books to popular books on food policy, sustainable agriculture, food insecurity, healthy eating, etc. There are also scholarly journals and magazine that inform research, policy, and practice. Of course, getting published in any of these requires superlative writing skills and perhaps the support of a consulting editor. JAFSCD offer consulting editors for authors whose native language is not English. You can find some of consulting editors in the Sourcebook.
LessThe Sustainable Food Systems Sourcebook is a free database of degree programs, consultants, scholarships, funding, conferences, and other education and training resources for professionals and students focused on food systems work. It is published by the Thomas A. Lyson Center for Civic Agriculture and Food Systems in collaboration with the North American Food Systems Network (NAFSN). The Lyson Center is a project of the Center for Transformative Action (a 501c3 nonprofit organization affiliated with Cornell University).
