The number of nonprofit organizations, councils, networks, communities of practice, and the like are growing dramatically. They are established at local, substate regional (multipoint), state, multistate regional, national, continental, and international levels. Consider not only being a member of a local organization, but also being a part of activities at the next logical level of geography. Doing so helps the good food movement become more of a collective web where sharing ideas and resources leads to more efficiency and aggregated impact.
