General info

In addition to research and education, the Centre for Studies in Food Security believes that academic institutions have an important role to play in addressing societal issues through the creation of public forums and networks to achieve closer cooperation and effective communication among public sector, civil society and private organizations.

In support of the many actors in food security, the Centre has organized seminars, conferences and mailing lists. Many publications have been prepared at or in partnership with the Centre since 1992.
